SE region Honey Survey 2011
Alan Byham’s report on 2011 honey yields and prices can be found here. Average hive yield is 31 lb, down from 46lb in 2010. Alan is the SE Regional Bee Inspector, and part of the National Bee Unit (a dept of FERA).
